Is this deemed that an upper-class college must first contain an element like this----speaking English entirely on the English lessons???

If so, mine cannot count as a good one indeed; all of my mates barely speaks anything in English even though our English teacher quite often spares no efforts to guide them to speak..

How many of you must speak in this language when you're on English lessons or more?
